PRIVACY POLICY OF THE CONCRETE ASSOCIATION OF THAILAND

For the transparency of the Concrete Association of Thailand regarding activities and transactions which is the customer's personal information, the association has created a privacy policy for consumers in accordance with the law on personal data protection as evidenced by the following information. Please carefully read and understand this Privacy Policy.

  1. Purpose of the Privacy Policy

The Association uses information gathered from all association websites to provide services, maintain, protect, improve, develop new services, display advertisements to promote new services that may be of interest to you and that are useful to you.

The Association will keep information that members inform us safely and confidentially in accordance with our personal data protection standards to prevent damage or unauthorized access to our customers.

The association will collect e-mail information, telephone number and purchase history of members' products and services, and only use details of products that members have purchased products and services to recommend other products and services that are expected to interest you. The Association will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent. However, we may disclose your personal information to law enforcement and government agencies for security purposes.

  1. Data Security

The Association strives to protect your information from unauthorized access such as unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction at least as follows

The Association examines data collection, storage space and processing practices including physical safety measures to prevent unauthorized access to information

The Association restricts access to personal information to its employees and associates who is necessary to access that information to process data. Such person must strictly comply with contractual confidentiality requirements. Failure to do so will result in severe penalties    

  1. Restrictions on use of the Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is applicable to purchasers of goods and services on the website of the The 16th International Congress on the Chemistry of Cement (ICCC 2023) only. This does not include websites and/or services that have a separate privacy policy and/or that are not expressly defined in conjunction with this privacy policy and does not apply to applications and services or other websites connected (link) with this application. It also does not cover the privacy practices of other associations, or other organizations that advertises the application of the association by using cookies, pixel tags and other technologies to deliver and display relevant advertisements.

  1. Compliance with Laws and Cooperation with Regulators

The Association conducts, examines and reviews the compliance of privacy policy and compliance of relevant laws within the organization on a regular basis (Self-Regulator). if the Association receives a document of complaint regarding the use of personal information. The Association will follow up as well as to cooperate with government agencies who have the authority to supervise the services and various consumer protection agencies.

  1. Changes of Privacy Policy

The Association reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time without your prior consent unless amendments result in deprivation of rights under this Privacy Policy. The association will not be able to do so without your prior consent.

  1. Personal Information Access and Update

The Association sincerely hopes that the use of the services on this website will allow you to access your personal information. If such information is inaccurate, the Association will try to provide a method and/or channels for you to appropriately update and/or delete your personal data, except where it is necessary for the Association to store your personal data for business benefit and/or for legal compliance. When you update your personal information, The Association may request that you verify your identity before the Association can process your request. The Association reserves the right to decline requests to update and access your personal information. In the following cases: (1) making a request that is too complex and excessive; (2) processing the request may require the Association to provide and/or develop technology from the Association unreasonably; (3) processing requests that may affect the personal information of other users; or (4) processing requests that is not practical, such as requests for retrieval of personal data stored in the backup system.

The Association aims to provide a safe and secure service for the Association's applications, and can prevent accidental or malicious destruction of information. For this reason, after you delete information from the Association's database, The Association may not proceed to delete existing copies of personal data from active servers or immediately remove the data from the Association's backup syst

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Registraion Cancellation Policy
Deadline: June 30, 2023

Cancellations must be made in writing an email to the Concrete Association of Thailand and the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received prior to the above deadline will receive a full refund minus service fee and tax. Cancellations received after July 31, 2023 will not be refunded. Substitute delegates will be accepted. The Concrete Association of Thailand and the Conference Secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers.

 

DISCLAIMER

While we will endeavor to present the program as advertised, the Concrete Association of Thailand and ICCC2023 Conference organizers reserve the right to alter, without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the ICCC2023 Conference, for any reasons outside of their reasonable control. The Concrete Association of Thailand and the organizing committee will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alterations. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the organizing committee will not accept responsibility for the loss of monies caused by any delays.
